Vivian Ovella Helms

Vivian Ovella Helms, 76, of Gastonia, passed away October 26, 2015 at the Brian Center in Gastonia. Ms. Helms was born in Mecklenburg county on July 24, 1939 to the late Eugene and Maggie Gibson Owens.

Survivors include her children, Diane Self, Debbie O`Dell, Bobby Owens and Tim Owens. She had 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and a special loving cousin, Crystal Reynolds.

Graveside Services will be held Thursday October 29 at Gaston Memorial Park with Pastor John Wilfong officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 PM Wednesday at Benson Funeral Services in Mt. Holly.
