Vickie Diane King Doss

Vickie Diane King Doss, 63, of Stanley, died October 11, 2013 at Presbyterian Main Hospital in Charlotte. Mrs. Doss was born January 13, 1950 in Mecklenburg County to the late Ernest King and Mattie Hester King. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. Ernest King and Mrs. Clyde King and Mr. and Mrs. Clarence and Minnie Hester. She had worked at Pharr Yarns and had previously attended Sandy Ford Freewill Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; Noah "Bubby" Doss. Daughters; Susan King, Margaret King, and Connie Stanberry and a son Michael Hill and wife Becky. Sisters; Patricia, Rebecca and Connie and a brother; Clyde and also 11 grandchildren.

Memorial Services to celebrate Mrs. Doss's life will be Wednesday October 16 at 4:00 PM at Benson Funeral Services, Mt. Holly. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Inurnment will be private.
