"T-Roy"

Troy Page Reynolds; 55, was called home on Thursday July 16, 2026. He passed away peacefully at his home in Matthews, NC surrounded by loving family and friends. Troy was born in Richmond, VA on August 11, 1970 to Roy and Kathy Reynolds. He grew up in Matthews, NC where his family moved in 1975. Troy had a lot of fun and played almost every sport but liked baseball, football and basketball the most. He liked to fish and enjoyed lifting weights; he did so for 40 years.

Troy was a supporter of the NC State Wolfpack and was a big fan of the Carolina Panthers. Troy was a loyal friend and was always well known as a fun loving, good hearted person that was a friend to all and he had many loyal friends. Troy graduated from Piedmont High School in 1989. He had a successful career at Bank of America where he was known as a hard worker and a selfless team player, he had many great work friends that he truly cared about and appreciated. 

Troy was a devoted Christian and very proud to be a member of Shiloh Advent Church in Unionville, NC where he had an extraordinary church family. Troy was preceded in death by grandparents Roy and Esther Reynolds, Ethel Ramos, Nesbit Rochester, the very special Harry and Mary Beverage, Father Roy Reynolds Jr., uncle John Marable, and aunt Ollie Burchett. 

Troy is survived by his incredible Mother Kathy Reynolds, brother Kevin and wife Brandee Reynolds, uncle James Burchett, aunts Barbara Anne Marable and Janet Ramos, cousins Scott & (Mindy) Burchett and Beth & (Pat) Cashman, and nephews Tucker and Henry Reynolds. Troy loved all of his family and friends; past and present, with all of his giant heart. He will be forever loved, missed, and remembered by all that knew him well; his spirit will always be with us, rest in peace "Bruddy".

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 3:00PM Saturday July 25th at Shiloh Advent Christian Church in Unionville with Rev. Travis Hutcheson officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
