Guestbook

Cramerton NC was my birthplace and the Vandiver name was a household word. Talladega is is the place for hard chargers and several times they made their mark and NASCAR owes them a 1st place for 1969 but we all know the score! I used to blow my nose at school mid week after watching dirt track racing and astonish the kids by the amount of red dirt that came out! Some of it was inhaled from the raging tires off an auto driven by a Vandiver! Thanks for making me different from the rest. I'm 62 and a survivor of way too many car wrecks and have the scars to prove it. My mind is crowded with racing memories. It's in my DNA.
