Thomas Ray "Tommy" Davis

Thomas Ray "Tommy" Davis, 69, of Dallas passed away August 31, 2015 at Sherrills Ford Hospice House. Mr. Davis was born April 14, 1946 to the late Russell and Beatrice Nicks Davis. He was preceded in death by 2 sons, Scott Davis and Cody Medford. Tommy enjoyed fishing and was a retired truck driver.

Memorial service to celebrate Tommy's life will be held 7pm Thursday, September 3 at Benson Funeral Services Chapel, Mt. Holly with Reverend Charles Ledford officiating. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service. Inurnment will be private.

Survivors include Starlene Davis, Best Friends of 45 years; Children, Larry Davis (Ella), Cissie Green (Craig Carlan), and Duwana Davis (Jerry Canup); Sister, Hazel McCall (Dewey); Brother, Junior Davis(Debbie) and Bobby Davis (Brenda); 11 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren.
