Tanya Joy Faulkner

Tanya Taylor Faulkner, 54, of Charlotte, passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

Tanya was born on February 18, 1972, in Mecklenburg County to Howard Taylor and the late Betty Lupo Taylor. She will be remembered for her deep love for her family, especially her cherished grandchildren. Tanya enjoyed music and loved singing karaoke, bringing joy and laughter to those around her.

In addition to her Father Howard Taylor, those left to cherish her memory include her loving husband, Bobby John Faulkner; her daughter, Brooklyn Faulkner; her grandchildren, Rhyder Faulkner and Legend Faulkner; her sisters, Kim Taylor and Tiffany Taylor (Robert); and her brother, Mark Taylor (Kimmie). She is also survived by special nieces and nephews. Holly Tarleton her two children Averie Millsaps and Raygen Tarleton, Jayden Taylor, Chase Blackmon, Hailey Barnhardt and Austin Barnhardt.

A Celebration of Life service will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM in the chapel of Benson Funeral & Cremation Service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Tanya’s memory to a charity of the donor’s choice.
