Tammy Sue McGaha
Tammy Sue McGaha, 58, of Gastonia passed away on December 18, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. She was born on October 22, 1963 to Ethel Lingerfelt Hannah and the late Troy Hannah. In addition to her father, she is also preceded in death by her sister, Della Freeman and brother, Tommy Hannah. Tammy enjoyed sewing, taking care of her mother, cooking, and gardening.
In addition to her mother, Tammy is survived by her sister, Diane Granson and husband John; brothers, Larry Hinson, Gene Hannah and wife Anna, Stanley Hannah and wife Elaine, Dennis Hannah and wife Faye, Brian Hannah and companion, Daniel Wilson; several nieces and nephews; close friends, Debbie and Chris Helton; and her pets, Penny and Jack.
A Memorial service will be held on Monday, December 27, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, Mt. Holly with Pastor Andy Nicholson officiating. Visitation will be held after the service.
