Sara Louise Trimnal

Sara Cobb Trimnal, also lovingly known as "Sissy",  age 75, of Bessemer City passed away peacefully on March 16, 2018 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.  Sissy was born in Gaston County to the late Reverend James Cobb and Bertha Cobb Harris.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Stanley M. Trimnal; sons, Jimmy and Tommy Gray; sister, Carol Cameron; and brothers, Eddie and Buddy Cobb.  Sissy previously worked at the Circle K in Belmont for a number of years.  She loved her family dearly; especially her grandchildren.

Left to mourn her loss is her daughter, Lynn Whitlock; son, David Grimsley and wife Malina; sisters, Betty Rogers, Janette Barbara, Dottie Houser, and Penny Beer; and 6 grandchildren.  She also leaves behind several brother in laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A special thanks for the loving care given from Calvin Cameron, Frankie Neel, and Christopher Whitlock. 

Memorial services will be held privately by the family at a later date.
