Ruby Lucille Jones

Ruby Lucille Jones, 91, of Lowell, passed away on Sunday, September 4th, 2022 at Caromont Regional. She was born on November 16, 1930, in Gaston County, NC to the late P.B. Jones and Cora Jones. She is also preceded in death by her brother, James Jones; niece, Becky Brackett; and great nephew, Jamie Stutts.

Ruby was a longtime member of Woodlawn Baptist Church in Lowell. She was also a bookkeeper at Peerless for over 20 years.

She is survived by her nieces, Janice Stutts and Susan Ratcliffe; as well as six great nieces and nephews. 

A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 16th, 2022 at 10:00 am at Gaston Memorial park, Gastonia. 

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St.Judes Children's Hospital.
