Robin Efird Brown

Robin Efird Brown, born on February 14, 1962, passed away on the same day in 2026, at Atrium Health Cabarrus. She was a devoted individual who recently retired from her role at Stress Free Home Care, where she passionately cared for others, embodying the spirit of compassion that defined her life.

Robin had a zest for life that was evident in her love for the beach and the joy she found in spending time with her family, especially her cherished grandchildren, Kiser and Kennedy. Her passion extended into small gardening projects around her home and sharing the warmth of her kitchen through grilling and cooking. These simple pleasures brought her immense happiness and allowed her to create lasting memories with her loved ones.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 15 years, John Brown; her son, Chan Loyd, and his wife Natalie; her brother, Mark Efird, and his wife Cindy; her father-in-law, George Brown; and her cherished grandchildren, Kiser and Kennedy.

Robin is preceded in death by her mother, Emily Lisk Efird, and her mother-in-law, June Brown.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on February 19, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Benson Funeral & Cremation in Mt. Holly, North Carolina, located at 101 Oak Grove St. During this time, family and friends will gather to honor and celebrate the life of a remarkable woman who touched the hearts of many.
