Randall R. "Randy" Winder, 60, of Mt. Holly, passed away July 19, 2015 at his residence. Randy was born in Lumberton, NC on Sept. 11, 1954 to the late Charles Winder and Shirley Muse Frasure. Survivors include his stepfather and 3 sisters.
Funeral Services will be held privately by the family with interment at Hillcrest Cemetery in Mt. Holly.
