Priscilla Fleming Tate

Priscilla Faye Tate, 69, passed away peacefully at Robin Johnson Hospice House on May 23, 2026. She was born on February 23, 1957, in Elizabethton, Tennessee, to Roy Fleming and Bobbie Eller, who preceded her in death. 

Priscilla was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend who dedicated her life to caring for others. She found her greatest joy in raising her children and creating a home filled with love. She also loved spending time with her dog, Nugget, who was a special source of comfort and companionship for many years. In her younger years, she loved roller skating, and later in life, she enjoyed quiet evenings at home watching her favorite crime shows—simple moments that brought her comfort and happiness. 

Those left to cherish her memory include her sister, Wilma Brackins (Eugene); her son, Don Green (Brandy); her daughters, Jaclyn Green (Mickey Holcomb) and Jessica Pack; her grandchildren, Tyler Green, Brooklyn Green, Joshua Green, Jordan Green, Lacey Green, Heather Green, Ashley Green, and Zackary Green; and her great-grandchildren, Easton Green, Oakleigh Green, Tatum Green, Lillie Thomas, Emerson Thomas, Milo Thomas, Sadie Miller, Charlotte Green, and Bryson Stewart. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. 

A Memorial Gathering will be held at 5:00 PM Thursday May 28th at Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, 101 Oak Grove St., Mt. Holly, NC.
