Peggy L. Estes

Peggy L. Estes, age 91 of Mt. Holly, NC  passed away November 19, 2016 at CaroMont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia. Ms. Estes was born October 16, 1926 in Caruthersville, Missouri to the late Emma Jean Bynum and Paul Bynum.  Ms. Estes is also preceded in death by her two husbands Murrell Duffie and also Robert “Bob” Estes. Peggy loved dancing and enjoyed competitions throughout her life. She also enjoyed traveling across the country. Survivors include her children Jacqueline Jenson and husband Jim of Mt. Holly, Ruth Heathcock and husband Steve of Nashville, Tn, Jack Duffie of Tampa, Fl and Philip Duffie and wife Robyn of Nashville, Tn. 9 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and a brother Billy Bynum of St. Louis, Mo. Services will be held privately by the family.
