Pauline Harper, 71, of Charlotte passed away on January 9, 2022 at her residence. She was born on November 26, 1950 to the late Loren and Nessie Geddings. Pauline was the last remaining sibling of seven children. She was a member of Cooks Memorial Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed traveling and visited all 50 of the United States and camped in 46 of those states. While traveling each state, she toured and climbed as many lighthouses as she could find. She enjoyed beaches and searching for sand dollars and when she was at home she enjoyed crafts and gardening.
Survivors include her husband of 53 years, James E. Harper, Jr.; daughters, Vickie and Kelly Harper; grandchildren, Jenny Stenzel and husband Fred and William Harper; great grandson, Elijah "Eli" Stenzel; cousin, Mike Rozzelle; numerous nieces and nephews; and her pet dog, Sir Oliver "Ollie."
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Cooks Memorial Presbyterian Church, 3413 Mt. Holly-Huntersville Rd., Charlotte, NC 28216.
