Michael Dale Tyree

Michael Dale Tyree, born on May 16, 1968, in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, to the late Malcolm and Brenda Hepler Tyree, passed away on December 2, 2025, at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.

Michael had a passion for classic cars and rock music, interests that reflected his vibrant personality and zest for life. Those who knew him appreciated his engaging spirit and the warmth he brought into every interaction. His love for these hobbies often drew him together with friends and family, creating cherished memories through shared experiences.

He is survived by his daughter, Heather Tarleton, who was a source of great pride and joy in his life. Michael also leaves behind two beloved grandchildren, Hayden James Brooks and Zaylen James Tarleton, who will carry his memory forward in their lives. Other loving family members include his aunt, Vickie Hepler, and uncle, Robert Hepler (Patsy), along with his nephews, Josh Lewis and Jason Parra.

In addition to his parents, Michael was preceded in death by his sister, Dawn Michelle Tyree. His absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him, and he will be remembered for his kindness, enthusiasm for life, and the lasting mark he made on the hearts of his loved ones.
