Marylyn Mills

Marylyn Spader Mills, 80, of Mt. Holly, passed away February 22, 2018 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Gastonia.  She was born in Long Island, NY on May 1, 1937 to the late Gilson and Lois Spader.  She was also preceded in death by her husband, Randolph P. Mills, Jr. and her sister, Barbara Supernaw.  Marylyn was a very active member of First United Methodist Church of Mt. Holly.

Survivors include her sons, Peter Mills, Kevin Mills and Thomas Mills; stepsons, Randolph Mills III and Steven Mills; 15 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate Marylyn’s life will be held Saturday, February 24, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at First United Methodist Church of Mt. Holly with Rev. Mike Carr officiating.  A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
