Marlin Davis

Marlin Edward Davis, 69, of Gastonia passed away August 13, 2021 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.  He was one of 13 children born on February 16, 1952 to the late Laymon and Justine Davis.  He is also preceded in death by his very special friend, Richard Shuler.  Marlin loved race cars and older collection cars.  He was a very giving happy person.  He loved the beach, loved to cook, and was a great interior decorator.

Survivors include his aunts who were also his caregivers, Marie McClure and Genive Cassity of Belmont and extended nieces and nephews.

A graveside burial service will be held privately.
