Kathy Faye Hill

Kathy Faye Hill, 70, passed away on September 25, 2026 at Caromont Regional Medical Center in Belmont, NC.

Kathy was born in Gaston Co., on August 1, 1946 to the late John Stanley and Mautrude Wooten Baucom. 

Kathy was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother. She loved playing her guitar, doing gardening and loved going to  the beach. Kathy was High School Graduate and received her diploma.

She is preceded in death by her parents and several brothers and sisters.

Kathy is survived by her fiancé Robert Scott Underhill, children; John Grady Hill (Cindy), Angela Hill Hale (Joshua Pistole) and Kathy June Hill, grandchildren; Eric Hale, Katie Hale, Jesse Wriston and Grady Wriston, also a number of nieces and nephews.

A private and loving service will be held for the family.
