Joe Bennett Grissom, 82, of Charlotte, peacefully passed away Dec. 1, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Grissom was born Oct. 13, 1932 in Anson County, NC to the late Richard and Beula Grissom. He was also preceded in death by his wife Mary "Libby" Grissom and daughters Marion Deray and Teresa Grissom. He served in the US Army.
Survivors include sons, Mark Grissom and wife Susan and Joel Grissom. 11 grand and 3 great grandchildren.
Memorial Services will be held privately by the family at a later Date.
Arrangements handled by Benson Funeral & Cremation Services.
