James Edward Patterson II

James Edward Patterson II, 50, of Stanley, NC passed away on June 28, 2022 at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Mr. Patterson was born on July 21, 1971 in Santa Rosa County, FL. to the late James Edward and Mary Sue Hogg Patterson. James was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving during the Gulf War. He loved his family and enjoyed being close to home and spending time with those he loved. James was a huge Nascar Fan, especially when following Dale Earnharht Sr. and Junior, he was also an amazing dancer and enjoyed shooting pool. James had a kind heart and a great sense of humor. He was loved by all who knew him and he will be greatly missed.
Survivors include his loving wife Hilary Patterson. Children; Allyssa Patterson and James "Trey" Edward Patterson III; Grandchildren, Lucas Young and Emery Klelinschmidt; A sister; Jamie Moree Patterson Barnes and her husband Fritz; and two nieces; Micahia Moree DeLoach and Danielle Williams.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, July 23, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at his residence.
