James "Jim" A. Lengyel

James "Jim" A. Lengyel, 70, of Gastonia, NC passed away unexpectedly on February 14, 2015 at his residence. He was born in Cleveland, OH on April 1, 1944. He spent his professional life working for US Airways before retiring after 37 years service in Charlotte, NC. Jim loved to joke and always wore a smile. He was predeceased by his older brother Robert and his parents Andrew and Ann Lengyel. He is survived by his 2 beloved sons, Joel and Westin, 3 grandchildren, Seann, Ian and Kalli and 2 sisters, Marianne Kaput and Lois Lengyel.

The family will be conducting a Life Celebration Service for Jim at 3:00 PM Saturday May 23rd at the home of his son Wes in Kernersville, NC. Additional information may be supplied by emailing info@bensonfuneralservices.com.
