Harrison "Buddy" Robert Rose, Jr.

Harrison R. "Buddy" Rose, Jr., 53, of Gastonia passed away April 25, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center.  Buddy was born July 5, 1963 in McDowell County, West Virginia to the late Harrison and Dorothy Burchett Rose.  He was preceded in death by Brothers, William Marvin Ward and James "Jimmy" Rose.  Buddy enjoyed playing video games and keeping up with all sports.

Survivors include his children, Katrina and Amity Rose; Sisters, Annie Rose, Alice Beckner, and Susan Watts; and several nieces and nephews.

Memorial services to celebrate his life will be held Saturday, May 6, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Way of the Cross Church in Bessemer City with Pastor Jason Walker officiating and guest speakers Jessie Ann Clark and Angela Dreher.  Visitation will follow the service, also at the church.
