Elida Elva Alvarado-Padilla, cariñosamente conocida como Elva, falleció el 26 de septiembre del 2025. Nació en 1954 en Perú. Elva era una persona radiante, cuya calidez y amor conmovieron a todos los que la conocieron. Dedicó su vida a su familia, sirviendo como una madre, abuela y hermana amorosa, cuya presencia era una fuente de consuelo y alegría.

Una talentosa cocinera, especializada en la cocina peruana, Elva reunía a su familia en torno a la mesa, creando recuerdos preciados llenos de risas y amor. Su receta favorita, el ají de gallina, era más que un simple plato; era un testimonio de su pasión por la cocina y su deseo de compartir los sabores de su herencia con sus seres queridos.

Elva apreciaba profundamente la belleza de la naturaleza, especialmente las flores (Rosas), y encontraba alegría en los vibrantes colores púrpuras y rojos. Su vida estuvo conectada con la tierra al sembrar y cultivar alimentos. Su amor por las águilas y los colibríes reflejaba su espíritu afable y su personalidad protectora.

Además de su talento culinario, Elva disfrutaba tejiendo hermosos suéteres y cuidando de sus nietos. Siempre estaba dispuesta a ayudar.

El legado de Elva será continuado por su querida familia. Le sobreviven sus hijas, sus queridos nietos y su familia extendida.Elva se reencuentra en espíritu con su hijo fallecido, a quien consideraba su ángel Gabriel. Sus recuerdos permanecerán para siempre en los corazones de quienes tanto la amaron y la extrañaremos profundamente.

Elva was a radiant spirit, whose warmth and love touched the hearts of all who knew her. She dedicated her life to her family, serving as a loving mother, grandmother, and sister, whose presence was a source of comfort and joy.

A gifted cook with a specialty in Peruvian cuisine, Elva brought her family together around the dinner table, creating cherished memories filled with laughter and love. Her favorite recipe, Aji de Gallina, was more than just a dish; it was a testament to her passion for cooking and her desire to share the flavors of her heritage with those she adored.

Elva had a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature, especially flowers (Roses) finding joy in the vibrant colors of purples and reds. Her life was connected to the earth in planting on cultivating things that produced food. Her love of Eagles and Hummingbirds reflected her gentle spirit and her nurturing personality.

In addition to her culinary talents, Elva enjoyed knitting beautiful sweaters and caring for her grandchildren. She was always willing to give a lending hand.

Elva's legacy will be carried on by her beloved family. She is survived by her daughters and her cherished grandchildren and extended family.

Elva is reunited in spirit with her deceased son whom she considered her angel Gabriel. Their memories will forever be held in the hearts of those who loved her so much and she will be deeply missed.
