Her favorite recipe, Aji de Gallina, was more than just a dish; it was a testament to her passion for cooking and her desire to share the flavors of her heritage with those she adored.
Elva had a deep appreciation for the beauty of nature, especially flowers (Roses) finding joy in the vibrant colors of purples and reds. Her life was connected to the earth in planting on cultivating things that produced food. Her love of Eagles and Hummingbirds reflected her gentle spirit and her nurturing personality.
In addition to her culinary talents, Elva enjoyed knitting beautiful sweaters and caring for her grandchildren. She was always willing to give a lending hand.
Elva's legacy will be carried on by her beloved family. She is survived by her daughters and her cherished grandchildren and extended family.
Elva is reunited in spirit with her deceased son whom she considered her angel Gabriel. Their memories will forever be held in the hearts of those who loved her so much and she will be deeply missed.
