Edgar "Junior" Alexander Dodgen Jr.

Edgar "Junior" A. Dodgen, Jr., 83, of Lincolnton, NC passed away March 27, 2023 at Atrium Health in Concord. Mr. Dodgen was born on Sept. 25, 1939 in Gaston County, NC to the late Edgar Alexander Dodgen Sr. and Rose Ellen Bell Dodgen. Junior loved watching the TV Ministry with Pastor John Hagee.  He also loved being involved with Flea Market Sales, loved seafood and spending time with all his family. Junior was preceded in death by his younger brother Roger Dale Dodgen and stepson Danny Scott McIntosh. Survivors include his loving wife of 55 years Nina Shuford Dodgen. His children; Lisa Nicholson (Ron), Karen White and fiance' Johnny, Junior Dale Dodgen and fiance' Dawn, Cheryl Petty (Tom) and Bobby Wayne McIntosh. Grandchildren; Ronnie, Rose, Brandon, William, Alex and great grandchildren, Danny, Grayven, Ember, Navy and Serenity. Services will be Private.
