Douglas Lincoln Rathburn

Douglas Lincoln Rathburn, 46, of Mt. Holly. NC passed away unexpectedly March 25, 2016 at his residence. Mr. Rathburn was born in Grand Rapids, MI on April 17, 1969 to Richard D. and Judith Rush Rathburn. He was employed at Tietex International Ltd in Spartanburg, SC.

Doug had an outgoing personality and enjoyed interacting with people in general. His sense of humor will be missed by all who knew him

He loved his children and enjoyed spending time with them.  They frequently traveled to visit his family in Florida and Michigan.  Douglas was very inventive and creative in planning events with his children and their cousins when enjoying vacations at their family cottage on Lake Michigan, his favorite place.

 In addition to his parents he is survived by his children, Grace Marie Rathburn and Garrett Harrison Rathburn and a brother, Daniel D. Rathburn. Memorial Services are incomplete and will be announced at a later date.
