David Lee Brown

David Lee Brown, age 94, of Dallas, NC passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025.  David was born on August 1, 1930 in Whiteville, NC to the late Jessie and Lucy Brown.  David loved to fish and do woodworking.  He loved to be outside.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy; daughter, Denise Hutchinson, sons, Danny and Ronnie Brown; grandson, Dwight Brown; brother, Willie Brown; and sisters, Myrtle Lynn and Maggie McKee.

David is survived by his children, Sandra Cloninger and husband Sam and Dennis Brown and wife Katie; sister, Mary Lou Eury; grandchildren, Michelle Sullivan, D.J. Brown, Tresa VanDyke, Crystal Parker, Tim Brown, David Brown, Jessie Brown, Kelsey Brown, Kim Brown, RJ Hutchinson, and Kyle Brown; ten great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

The family will hold a private ceremony.
