Cynthia L. "Cindy" Chitwood, 45, of Gastonia passed away May 24, 2014 at her residence. Cindy was born in Detroit, MI on July 1, 1968 to the late Frank George Hlubik and Donna Lee Chase Hlubik.
A celebration of Cindy's life was held privately by the family on Memorial Day, May 26, 2014.
Survivors include her husband Michael Shane Chitwood, Sr of the home. Children, Mary Nicole Hlubik and Tiffany Lynn Hlubik of Gastonia and Michael Shane Chitwood, Jr of Franklin, NC. Sisters, Debbie Lynn Hlubik and Lisa Ann Hlubik, both of Gastonia and a niece Krystal Rose Chapman of Dallas, NC.
