Claude "Bud" Burghen

Claude "Bud" Burghen of Gastonia went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and his two sons on Nov. 19th, 2013 in Gastonia, NC. He was preceded by his son's David and Jonathan.

Memorial services to celebrate Mr. Burghen's life will be held at 11:30 AM Saturday Nov. 23 at Crowders Creek Presbyterian ARP Church with Rev. Gary Shepperd and Rev. Ben Wingard officiating.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Bess. Daughter, Linda Broome. Two beloved grand- daughters Amanda and Shannon Burghen, two brothers, George Burghen MD and Raymond Burghen and also many family members and a host of loving friends.
