Charles Junior Dillard, 73, of Charlotte, passed away December 8, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Dillard was born July 15, 1942 in Mecklenburg County to the late Charlie and Zadie Ledford Dillard. He was also preceded in death by brothers Alfred and Jerry Dillard and sister Ailene Snodgrass. He was an avid outdoorsman. He love hunting, fishing and also spending time with his grandkids.
Survivors include his Special Companion, Frances Blake. Daughter, Renee Smith and husband Richard and a son, Travis Dillard. Sisters, Sara Chapman and Margaret Poole and brother Hubert Dillard and also numerous grand and great grandchildren.
The family will be conducting a celebration of life service privately. Inurnment will also be private.
