Angela Marie Walker
May 28, 1984 — November 4, 2017
Angela Marie Walker, 33, of Gastonia passed away November 4, 2017 at Caromont Regional Medical Center. She was born in Gaston County on May 28, 1984 to Belinda Hudspeth and the late Jeffrey Thomas Walker, Sr. Angela was a very loving wife and mother. She loved her children and her family more than anything. She enjoyed fishing, yardwork, and her flowers.
In addition to her mother, Angela is survived by her loving husband, Bryant Akers and their 3 children, Skylar Akers, Nicholas Akers, and Elizabeth Chapman. She is also survived by her sister, Ciji Strange; brother, Jeffrey Walker, Jr.; Grandmother Bonnie Walker; Grandfather, Bill Strange, Sr.; Mother in law, Barbara Davis; and Brother in laws, David Akers and Aaron Tittle.
A Memorial Service to celebrate Angela’s life will be held Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Benson Funeral & Cremation Services, Mt. Holly with Pastor Dean Goodson officiating.
