Adam C. Brooks

Adam C. Brooks, beloved son, brother, and uncle, died May 31, 2024 at his home in Gastonia, NC. He was 43 years old. Born in Gastonia on April 23, 1981, he was the son of James and Sherry Brooks. Adam lived his entire life in Gastonia and attended Gaston Day School, Robinson Elementary School, and Ashbrook High School. He was talented in art, in cooking, in woodworking, and in construction. He was caring, funny, loyal, and loving. Although he will be fiercely missed, Adam will forever remain in the hearts and minds of those who loved him. In addition to his parents, Adam is survived by his sister, Leigh Grieves; brother, Bryan Brooks; and seven nieces and nephews.
