Pearl Houser

Pearl Shirley Houser, 86, of Denver passed away at her residence on November 16, 2020.  She was born on February 24, 1934 to the late Walter and Grace Whitaker Shirley.  She is also preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Dan Nester Houser; brothers, Charles Shirley, and Don Shirley; and sisters, Tommie Cornette, Bernadine Ginardio, Loretta Shirley, and Linda Shirley.  After 25 years of service, Pearl retired from Blume, Inc. She was an outgoing funny lady with an infectious laugh.  She loved to cook and also enjoyed exercising; especially walking and jogging.  She dearly loved her family and grandchildren.

Left to cherish Pearl's memory are her daughters, Kathy Rodriguez and husband Eli and Lisa Sisk and husband Bob; sons, Danny Houser III and wife Candy and Brian Houser and wife Denise; 8 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Lincolnton Church of God, 1435 Riverview Rd./Hwy 150, Lincolnton, NC with Dr. Richard King Sr. and Danny Houser III officiating.  Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.  Interment will follow at Faith Baptist Church, Iron Station, NC.
